4. Basic Terms & Conditions

• Sign, Date & Return Contract With Payment To Reserve Booth.
• Payment Due With Contract, On Call.
• Booth Cannot Be Set Up Unless Paid In Full.
• Exhibitors Shall Accept Assigned Booth Locations.
• Contract Subject To Any Necessary Changes In Proposed Floor Plan, In The Sole Discretion Of The Promoter.
• Set-Up & Removal Times – Contact Robert Metz at (973) 420-2333.
• Only Products & Services Listed In Paragraph Three May Be Exhibited.
• If Show Is Cancelled Due To Events Beyond The Control Of The Promoter, Liability To Exhibitors Shall Be Refund Of Monies Paid. In The Event Of Postponement Due To Extreme Weather Or Governmental Decree, Show To Be Held At A Rescheduled Date.
• Show Rules & Regulations Are A Part Of This Contract.
• Exhibitors Shall Comply With All Applicable Governmental Laws & Regulations.

5. Indemnification, Insurance

Exhibitor Covenants & Shall Hold Harmless, Indemnify & Insure, The Promoter, Its Employees, Representatives & Agents, From, Against, & With Respect To, Any & All Losses, Costs, Liabilities, Claims, & Damages, Arising Out Of Or In Connection With, Exhibitor’s Use Or Occupancy Of The Exhibition Booth & The Premises, Including, But Not Limited To, Death, Personal Injury, Property Damage, & Any Other Type of Loss.

Exhibitor Understands That The Promoter Is Not Responsible For Loss Of, Or Damage To Its Person, Property, Employees, Representatives Or Agents.

6. This Contract Is Governed By The Laws Of The State Of New Jersey.

7. This Contract Is Executed By The Appropriate Officers Or Individuals On Behalf Of The Parties Hereto.
